I’m Cathy Krizik, the author of 52 Reasons for Hope: Finding Inspiration in Times of Trouble.

I don’t know about you but I can find life a tad overwhelming. Every day is full of working to pay bills, engaging with digital screens, tending to my family, caring for my body and managing the relentless drumbeat of “Breaking News” which, I fear, is breaking me.

Sometimes I can’t hear myself think.

In the midst of such madness, how am I suppose to find serenity…believe in oneness…remember to be grateful…reach for hope?

That’s why I wrote this book. I needed a tool to help me remember what I really want, need and value in life. My hope is that you find 52 Reasons for Hope helpful and that through my storytelling you find comfort, insight and the inspiration you need to reach for the life you know is.
